Yes, they do. All pools contain salt-bromine-iodine thermal water that gushes pure at 47°C and is then cooled to around 35°/36°C to allow bathing. The water temperature may vary throughout the year for reasons beyond the control of Aquardens SpA.
The salt-bromine-iodine water at Aquardens boasts therapeutic properties, as certified by the Italian Ministry of Health in a special legislative decree issued on 27 June 2005. It is recommended for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, dermatological and vascular diseases.
Aquardens is open 365 days a year. Our outdoor pools remain open even in the rain to allow our guests to enjoy the sensation of cold rain while immersed in the warm waters. Outdoor pools connected to the pools inside are temporarily closed for safety reasons in case of lightning storms.
9 out of the 11 pools are open all year round. The two lakes, Sole and Incanto, are only open during the summer, however, as they are unheated.

After paying for an entrance ticket online (all major credit and debit cards are accepted) or at Aquardens Reception, payments within the park, including food and drink consumed in our bars and restaurants and entrance areas with additional fees, are charged to the electronic bracelet provided on arrival and must be settled before leaving the park at the automated payment machines near the changing rooms or at Aquardens Reception. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards, as well as Satispay.
At the entrance an electronic bracelet is provided in order to: - enter via the turnstiles (calculating the time you spend at the park). - open and close the lockers in the changing rooms. Each bracelet can be linked to a locker and you can check the locker number using the readers available in the pool area. - charge all extra expenses (food, beverages or entrance to the extra areas ); the amount (if any) will be paid at the automated payment machines or at Reception Aquardens. The penalty in case of loss of the bracelet (its wristband fastens like a watchband) is equal to 100 €, that is the maximum amount of rechargeable expenses (30 euro for children under 14 years of age). Therefore it is recommended not to take your bracelet off during your stay at the Park.
The hourly price is calculated using the electronic bracelet from the time of entry to the time of exit (including the time spent in the changing room). If the time spent at the park exceeds the time paid for, the difference must be paid for.
Thermal Area: - bring your own bathing suit or to buy one at Reception. - bring your own towel and/or bathrobe or to rent one at Reception or the Aquashop (towel €3, bathrobe €5). - bring flip flops or buy a new pair at Reception. It is compulsory for children under 3 years of age to wear a swim nappy in the pools. Sauna Areas (Sauna Village and Spa Lounge): - a cotton towel to sit on in the sauna, bring your own or hire one (€3) - Nonwoven bathing suit or a second cotton towel, bring your own or hire one (€3)
