If you purchase a ticket including access to the Sauna Area, please remember to bring a cotton towel.
We also recommend that you bring your own shower kit (e.g., shower gel). Swimming nappies are compulsory for children under 3 years of age in the pools.

What should you bring for a day at Aquardens?

Aquardens is open 365 days a year. Even when it is raining, our outdoor pools remain open so that guests can enjoy the sound of the cold rain and immerse themselves in warm water. The outdoor pools, which are connected to the indoor pools, are only temporarily closed in the event of thunderstorms.

Can I visit the park when it is raining?

Yes, all the pools contain salt-bromine-iodine thermal water, which comes from a pure spring at a temperature of 47&deg;C and is then cooled to a temperature of around 30-40&deg;C for bathing. The water temperature may vary during the year for reasons beyond the control of Aquardens SpA.

Is the water in the pools thermal?

You will be given an electronic bracalet upon entry that is used to:
- Enter through the turnstiles and calculate the length of your stay
- Open and close the lockers in the changing room. Each wristband is connected to only one locker. Wristband readers are also available in the spa area. You can use them to find the locker number where your personal belongings are stored.
- Charge any extra items (food, drink or access to extra areas) and then pay at an automatic pay station or at reception.
The penalty for losing the bracelet is &euro;150, which is the maximum amount that can be charged for food and drink, and &euro;30 for children under 14.
For this reason, we recommend that you do not remove your wristband at any time while you are in the Thermal Park.

How does the electronic bracelet work?

The hourly rate is calculated by means of an electronic bracelet from the time of entry through the entrance turnstiles (at any time of the day) until the time of exit (thus including the time spent in the changing room area). In the event of exceeding the time stipulated in the tariff, the balance of the corresponding extra time will be requested at the exit.

How are hourly rates calculated?

Yes, you should shower with soap for a few minutes before entering the pool deck.

Do I need to take a shower before entering the water?

Restaurants and snack bars within the Thermal Park do not require reservations. Please check local opening hours on site.

How can I use the restaurant and bar areas?

For all massage, treatment and Private Suite reservations, call: 045 6706868, also via WhatsApp.
Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the treatment. The corresponding ticket will be cancelled.

Can I have a massage or treatment?

Tickets may be refund as provided for in the Park Regulations, which can be consulted <a href="https://aquardens.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new" target="_blank" rel="noopener">here</a>.

How can I find out if I am eligible for a refund?

No, the use of a bathing cap is not compulsory, but long hair must be tied back before entering the pools.

Do I need to wear a swim cap?

Buy a gift card of any value online.
Print out the voucher, which we will send to the address you provided at the time of purchase, and present it to the cashier within the time limit specified on the voucher to collect and activate the plastic card and use your prepaid credit in one or more steps.

How do I activate a Gift card?

Disabled people may enter every day, at all times, with a &euro;7 discount on the full 4-hour, 6-hour and daily tickets, by showing appropriate documentation proving their condition at the Reception.
Any necessary accompanying persons will receive a &euro;3 discount on the same fares.
Both tickets can only be purchased on site.

Access for people with a disability

Yes, it is possible to reach Aquardens by bus. For more information on routes, stops and timetables see the "<a href="../../../en/where-we-are/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Where we are</a>" page.

How can I get to Aquardens using public transportation?

Reservations are not required to enter the park. Waiting times vary according to the number of visitors.

Can I make a booking on the day that I would like to visit the park?

Depending on the type of ticket purchased, some special offers include a welcome kit. Please read carefully What is included in each type of ticket.

Does the voucher include the welcome kit (towel/bathrobe/flip-flops)?

Some types of tickets and special offers are only available online. Please refer to section on How to use for each product.

Can I buy all types of tickets at the Reception?

It is possible to leave and re-enter the park for personal reasons by purchasing a daily ticket and paying an additional &euro;5 per person. This option is not available during special events.

Can I enter and exit the park?

There is no direct accommodation in the park, but there are hotels and B&amp;Bs nearby.

Can I stay overnight inside the Park?

No, outside food or drink may be consumed inside the park; glass containers are also not allowed in the park. Food and drink are available at the restaurants and snack bars inside the park.

Are outside food or drinks allowed?

There is plenty of free parking for Camper at Aquardens. The parking area is not under surveillance.&nbsp;

Can I park my camper in the parking lot?

Yes, gluten-free products are available in the Arena Gourmet restaurant for people with celiac disease. Our staff are always available to provide more information.

Do you offer dishes for people with celiac disease?

Yes, our restaurants and snack bars offer gluten-free food. At Arena Gourmet, gluten-free food for persons with coeliac disease is guaranteed.

Are gluten-free foods available?

The ticket will be sent to your e-mail address once you have submitted your voucher request via the Edenred portal. You must present your voucher at the Aquardens reception desk to use this service.

How do I access the park with Edenred tickets?

Tickets are not nominative. The purchaser of the ticket does not have to be the same person as the user.

Can only the person whose name is on the ticket use it?

Yes, but they must be smaller than the size of the lockers in our changing rooms. The dimensions of the lockers in height x length x depth are: 92x31x47 or 88x31x27 or 95x38x47 cm, subject to availability.

Can I bring carry-on luggage and backpacks?

If you respect the privacy of other guests, you can use devices to take photos and videos.

Can I take photos and videos inside the park?

Yes, we have safes for your valuables, which you can use free of charge. Please ask the staff on site. The dimensions of the safes are 19x29x48 or 10x12x48 cm, subject to availability.

Are there safes available?

Yes, you can buy bathing suits for adults and children in the park. You can also buy water wings and goggles.
