DISCOVER AQUARDENS
Spa lounge
Suitable for those who want to relax their muscles, strengthen the immune system, purify the skin and relax the body, with the benefit of longevity, reliving the charm of ancient European traditions.
Originally the route was usually carried out in pools, starting from immersion in lukewarm water and then passing to smaller and warmer pools. After that, the Romans loved to let themselves be pampered with relaxing massages and then ended up with the coldest baths to stimulate and activate the circulation.
NEW
At the Aquardens Spa Lounge, instead of pools, the Irish Roman Route winds through dry cabins (much appreciated in Irish culture), wet cabins (so dear to the Romans) and relaxation areas, all to reproduce and improve the same precious conditions of wellbeing.
Access to the Spa Lounge is subject to an additional fee and reserved for those over the age of 14.
A cotton towel is obligatory in the Saunas and Steam Rooms (to sit on) and guests must wear a nonwoven fabric costume (provided free of charge on first entry) or a second cotton towel. Cotton towels can be rented for € 3.
