FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Regarding transparency, Aquardens SpA complies with Article 15 of Regional Law No. 23 of 29 June 2012 (Official Gazette of the Region No. 53/2012) by complying with the regulations on social and health programming and the approval of the Regional Social and Health Plan 2012-2016, and by publishing its annual financial statements.
ORGANIZATION, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL MODEL
Pursuant to articles 6 and 7 of Legislative Decree 231/2001 – “Regulations on the liability of legal persons, including those without a legal personality, pursuant to Article 11 of Law no. 300 of 29 September 2000”.
The Code of Ethics is also an integral part of the company's organisational and management model, in order to define the rights, duties and responsibilities of the company towards its stakeholders: employees, suppliers, customers, public administration, shareholders, the financial market, etc. It prescribes, recommends, encourages or prohibits certain conduct, irrespective of what is provided for at the regulatory level, and establishes sanctions commensurate with the seriousness of the offence committed.
MODELLO WHISTLEBLOWING
In ottemperanza al D.Lgs. n. 24 del 10 marzo 2023 viene adottata la procedura Whistleblowing, modello per la segnalazione di condotte illecite, riguardante “la protezione delle persone che segnalano violazioni del diritto dell'Unione e recante disposizioni riguardanti la protezione delle persone che segnalano violazioni delle disposizioni normative nazionali”.
