Italian Aufguss Championship 2025

On 16, 17, 18 May 2025 get ready for an exciting sauna competition: the Italian Aufguss Championships! On these days, Sauna Masters from all over Italy will surprise you with their Aufguss Rituals, giving you an unforgettable show and unique sensations.

The finals, which will take place on the last day, 18 May, will see the first 5 classified in the Singles category and the first 5 classified in the Teams category compete. The winners of the Italian Championship will have direct access to the World Championships of Aufguss-WM 2025, which will also be held at Aquardens in mid-September.

Each sauna show will last about 15 minutes and will take place in Sauna Contemporanea, the Finnish sauna overlooking the Adige Valley and the Valpolicella hills that can accommodate up to 120 people.
