AQUARDENS REGULATIONS
The Aquardens Thermal Park is a place dedicated to well-being; anyone who accesses it is obliged to scrupulously observe the rules of conduct contained in the Regulations in respect of all the Guests and in order to guarantee public order and their own and others’ safety.
The facilities of the Aquardens Thermal Park are an asset at the disposal of all guests, who are committed to preserving their integrity, functioning and hygiene. In case of damage to the facilities and services of the Park the user will have to answer for the damages caused. The Management declines all responsibility for what is left unattended or forgotten inside and outside the Park, as well as in the car park.
Due to health regulations, our animal friends can only access the car park, the lobby area and the bars, restaurants and shops adjacent to it.
For hygiene and safety reasons, as well as in respect of all Guests, it is advisable to follow the instructions and advice of our qualified staff regarding the use of the structure, following the indications on the signs displayed in the areas and respecting the times and methods described.
It is specified that sunbeds and deckchairs can be used only according to the possibility of use in that moment.
The electronic bracelet delivered to adults (over 14) allows spending up to €150; the electronic bracelet delivered to children under 14 years of age, provides for spending up to €30. The amount penalties in case of loss of the electronic bracelet is 150€.
For the rental of towels and bathrobes it is envisioned the carging on the guest’s bracelet the cost of this service, as well as a further amount of €10 for the towel and €20 for the barhrobe. These amounts will be re-credited in the moment of the return or definitively withhold in case of missing return, due to the cost of the towel or of the bathrobe.
Please note that when collecting the beer at the Biergarten point served in a mug, the Customer's bracelet will be charged with the cost of the service and an additional €10, which will be re-credited by the operator at the time of return at the same point of sale or definitively retained in the event of non-return, as the cost of the €10 mug.
Access to the Sauna Village and Spa Lounge is subject to payment of a supplement to the spa area and it is allowed to adults over 14 years with an adult bracelet.
Guests are invited to go to the changing rooms at least 30 minutes before the closure of the centre.
It is possible to leave and enter the facility for personal needs against the purchase of a daily entrance fee of €5 per person. This possibility is not available during special events and on New Year's Eve.
Guests fully accept the General Regulations and the one of the individual areas. If the Guests do not comply with this regulation, the staff can invite them to leave the area without reimbursement of any type of ticket and/or expense incurred by them. The staff has the right to contact the public force in the event that the Guest does not comply with the internal provisions and/or the instructions of the staff themselves.
The reception staff at the time of entry can ask the Guest to show an identity document or other identification documents in order to verify their consistency and completeness with the data reported in the forms required by the Covid-19 legislation.
IMPORTANT
Upon entry, the General Regulations and those of the individual areas are fully accepted.
In the case of Guests not complying with these regulations, the personnel appointed by the Management may invite them to leave the area without reimbursement of any type of ticket and / or expenses incurred by them.
Please note that some areas may have limited access during events.
In case of bad weather there is no refund for tickets already purchased, on site, on the website or at our dealers.
The Management reserves the right to suspend entries to ensure the safety of its Guests, especially during long weekends and holidays.
At all areas of the centre it is mandatory:
• to wear a swimsuit inside the pools;
• to use flipflops to move around in all areas;
• to wear hair up using a suitable elastic band (swimming caps are not necessary) inside the thermal baths, saunas and steam baths;
• cover yourself up at our restaurant (Salus Self Restaurant, Arena Gourmet, Ripasso Bistrò);
• to maintain a moderate tone of voice in all the spa areas and silence in the relaxation areas and inside dry cabins and steam baths, during the rituals;
• to maintain a decorous behaviour within each environment: the staff are authorized to identify and remove couples or individuals who do not respect this direction from the centre;
• that children under 18 are accompanied throughout the Park by an adult (over 18);
• to present the identity document of a child under 14 to be able to benefit from the reduced rate;
• to use the swim nappies for children under 3 years of age.
At Sauna Village and Spa Lounge it is also mandatory:
• to cover the private parts in all the common areas and in the saunas or steam baths with the special disposable swim suit supplied at the time of first access or, alternatively, with foutha or terry or cotton towels;
• to cover the seat with a towel in cotton or terry inside the dry cabins with wooden benches: the whole body, including hands and feet, must be placed on your own towel.
In all areas of the centre it is forbidden:
• to run in transit areas;
• to dive into the pools;
• to use balls, inflatables (except child safety devices) or other games that may disturb and compromise the safety of guests outside the areas dedicated to children;
• for children under the age of 14 to access areas that are expressly forbidden, reserved for adults only;
• to use music players without headsets or ringtones for mobile phones;
• to smoke, including electronic cigarettes, outside the spaces intended for that purpose;
• to consume food and drinks brought from outside;
• to introduce glass containers in any area;
• to consume food and drinks in areas not designated for this purpose;
• to move sunbeds, deckchairs and furnishings arranged inside the areas;
• to occupy sunbeds and deckchairs and relax stations with objects, towels or bathrobes during the stay in the water or when moving to the refreshment areas. The staff is authorized to remove any unattended items. There are lockers, hangers and shelves at guests’ disposal to store their personal items. This rule is not applied in the summer garden.
• to use devices to take photos and videos in all our areas. In case of necessity, the telephone can be used in our changing rooms and reception. Failure to comply with this prohibition will constitute grounds for removal from the area without any reimbursement;
At the Sauna Village and Spa Lounge it is also forbidden to:
• bring ice, oils, salts, honey, cosmetics and accessories of any kind inside the dry and wet cabins;
• bring large backpacks, bags and totes, respecting the order and the decoration (unless expressly authorized by the personnel in charge).
Access to any title at Aquardens Spa implies acceptance of the "standards of provision of services and behaviors" and of the "Internal Regulations" of which the Customer declares to have viewed at the reception as well as by accessing the website www.aquardens. it. The customer exempts Aquardens Spa from any liability deriving from theft inside and outside the structure.
USE OF SAUNAS AND STEAM BATH
HOW TO ACCESS:
To respect others and to preserve one's privacy inside the dry and humid cabins it is compulsory to wear the disposable costume (included in the Spa Lounge and Sauna Village entrance fees and give out at the first entrance) and to use a terry or cotton towel to cover your seat area ( no synthetic fabrics). As an alternative to the disposable costume, it is possible to wrap yourself in a cotton, foutha or towel, and use a second towel to keep your seat dry on the wooden benches.
No part of the body or sweat must touch the wood of the benches and walls. At the reception of the sauna areas it is possible to hire towels, buy the disposable costume or foutha.
In the saunas and steam baths flipflops are not allowed to be worn.
ADVICE:
- Preparation of the body: Before accessing saunas and steam baths it is advisable to take a lukewarm shower and to dry yourself well
- Time of stay: The recommended time of stay is indicated at each cabin
- Cooling phase: immediately after the exit you are invited to freshen the airways to the air and to have a cold shower starting from the legs and arms and continuing with the back and bust, or from the extremities to the heart. Finally, wet your head to avoid headaches.
At this point reheat your body and cover yourself well.
- Relaxation phase: In this phase it is important to replenish the fluids and remain stretched and covered for at least 20 minutes, to allow the body to regenerate.
To avoid unpleasant reactions to the circulation, after the sauna it is recommended not to do any sporting activity, instead massages are ideal.
CONTROINDICATIONS:
In some cases the use of saunas and steam baths can be contraindicated, so they are to be avoided if you have one of the following conditions:
- if you suffer from cardiovascular and circulatory diseases;
- in the presence of skin inflammation or abrasions on the body, even mild;
- in the presence of varicose veins;
- during the menstrual cycle for hygienic reasons and to prevent the risk of bleeding;
- in the presence of kidney problems;
- if you suffer from diabetes;
- in pregnancy, unless otherwise instructed by your doctor or gynaecologist;
- if you do not feel in perfect physical or hygienic condition.
It is not recommended to enter the sauna hungry, but neither on a full stomach.
