Promotional entry ticket can only be purchased online and cannot be combined with other promotions and/or initiatives underway. Minors may enter only if accompanied by an adult.
*Ticket not valid for access to the Sauna Area from September 15 to 20, 2025, as the World Aufguss Championships will be held in that Area. For access to the Sauna Area during these days, an additional surcharge of €77, subject to availability, will be purchased on site to be added to this ticket.

How to use

Remember to show your ticket at the entrance Reception Desk. Remember to bring with you a bathrobe, flip-flops, and a swimsuit. Towels and bathrobes can be rented, and slippers can be bought at the shop.
