    Bathe in the Laguna dell’Energia for 5 minutes to allow your body to adapt to the temperature of the thermal water, 35°C.

    Do some body weight exercises or use the stationary bicycle in the Caracalla bath for 10 minutes, then rest for 5 minutes with the hydromassage.
