Sauna Village
Heat and steam baths are recommended to boost the immune system and improve the respiratory system, as well as eliminate toxins and relax the body and mind.
The program includes 8 stations:

Bagno Turco
Sit for 15 minutes in the Bagno Turco to relax your body and mind and receive an exfoliation treatment.
02.
Cammino Sensoriale
Repeat the outdoor sensory walk twice. Cover yourself with a towel or a bathrobe to reactivate your circulation and connect with new natural elements.
03.
Sauna Contemporanea
You can stay in the Sauna Contemporanea or Celtica for a maximum of 15 minutes.
04.
Bellavista Relax
Lie down and wrap yourself in a cotton or wool blanket to stimulate the heat response and take a 10 minutes break.
05.
Banya Russa
Stay in the Banya Russa for a maximum of 15 minutes.
06.
Cascate SIberiane
Cascate Siberiane provides an invigorating thermal shock.
07.
Rehydratation
Replenish your fluid intake by drinking non-alcoholic liquids (water, herbal tea, fruit juices).
08.
Relax 20'
Relax for about 20 minutes under a cotton and/or woollen blanket to help the heat reaction.
